  • Key Ingredients: wood fired flatbread, garlic oil, shredded mozzarella, shaved parmesan, sliced tomatoes, oregano, balsamic reduction, fresh basil

  • Modifications are limited to toppings (example: no garlic)

  • Key Ingredients: wood fired flatbread, sliced pepperoni, bacon, seasoned ground beef, sauteed onions & peppers, marinara sauce, garlic confit (roasted) oregano
  • Modifications: you can remove any of the ingredients as it's made from scratch

Key Ingredients: chopped romaine lettuce, caesar dressing (anchovies, dijon , garlic, egg, parmesan, evoo) croutons 

  • No modifications
  • Serving size: 1 head of romaine 
  • Add ons for salads are as followed : grilled chicken, bread chicken cutlet, grilled salmon, grilled shrimp
  • Allergies: dairy, gluten, onion

CHIPOTLE FRIED CHICKEN SALAD

  • Key Ingredients: house made chicken cutlet, spicy honey, roasted red peppers, pickles, bacon, shredded pepper jack, red onion, chopped romaine lettuce , spicy fried tortilla chips, chipotle ranch dressing 
  • Serving size: 1 head of romaine 
  • Add ons for salads are as followed : grilled chicken, bread chicken cutlet, grilled salmon, grilled shrimp, They can sub these in for the chicken if wanted for up charge
  • Modifications for toppings and dressing  (example: no peppers, sub ranch  )
  • Allergies: onions, dairy, gluten

  • Key Ingredients: grilled chicken breast, mixed greens, bleu cheese, avocado, bacon, tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, balsamic dressing

  • Modifications are limited to the components of this dish. 
  • Serving size- 5 shrimp, 2 pieces of grilled chicken, 1 piece of breaded chicken, 6 oz salmo
