STARTErs

Guacamole

  • Key Ingredients:  avocado, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime, fried corn tortilla 
  • Vegan, Gluten Friendly 
  • We can not modify the guacamole itself because we prep in big batches. 
  • ( example: can not be done with no onions) 
  • Great share plate to start a meal 
  • Allergies: onion

Veggie Quesadilla

  •  Key Ingredients: roasted red peppers, mushrooms, baby spinach, roasted corn, goat cheese, Monterey jack, pepper jack cheese, wheat tortilla 
  • Comes with a side of sour cream and pico de gallo 
  • Vegetarian
  • This dish can be modified. (For example: you can remove the mushrooms, corn, peppers, spinach, ext. )
  • Great share plate to start the meal or can be eaten as an entree
  • Allergies: onions, mushrooms, gluten, dairy 

Chicken Empanadas

  • Key Ingredients: Chipotle pulled chicken ( onions, garlic, tomatoes, chicken, spices) empanada dough (flaky, buttery). Garnished with shredded lettuce, salsa verde, queso fresco, sour cream
  • Spicy 
  • Serving Size, 2 fried empanadas 
  • The only modifications we can accommodate will be the garnishing items (example: no salsa verde) 
  • Recommended to share this dish as an appetizer 
  • Allergies: onions, dairy, gluten

Pretzel Sticks

  1. Key Ingredients: pretzels, american cheese sauce

  • Vegetarian 
  • Serving size: 2 pretzel sticks, 2 oz cheese sauce 
  • Recommended to share this dish as an appetizer 
  • There are no modifications to this dish
  • Allergies: dairy, gluten 

Chicken Tenders

  1. Key Ingredients: breaded chicken tenders, french fries, honey mustard 

  • Serving size: 3 chicken tenders , 6 oz fries , 2 oz honey mustard 
  • Recommended to share this dish as an appetizer or kids meal 
  • There are no modifications to this dish
  • Allergies: gluten

Breaded Mozzarella

  • Key Ingredients- Wisconsin mozzarella breaded and fried, marinara sauce, pecorino cheese, fresh basil
  • Modifications can not be done to this dish, very straightforward. 
  • Serving size- 3 mozzarella logs, 6 oz of breaded cheese 
  • Recommended to start the meal and great share plate.

Landmark Nachos

  1. Key Ingredients: gluten friendly, fried corn tortilla, smoked cheddar, Monterey jack cheese, homemade refried black beans (black beans, onion, red & green peppers, spices) homemade queso sauce (velveeta cheese, cheddar, pico de gallo, cilantro) pico de gallo, pickled jalapenos, jalapeno cilantro sour cream, queso fresco, scallions

  • Add ons available for this dish: chicken, pulled pork, steak meat, burnt end chili
  • Recommended to eat as an appetizer, shared but could be eaten as entree.
  • This dish can be vegetarian without an add on.
  • Modifications can only be done to toppings ( example: no dairy or no beans)
  • Allergies: onions, dairy

Cheese Quesadilla

  1. Key Ingredients: pepper jack, cheddar cheese , flour tortilla. Served with sides of sour cream and salsa 

  • Add ons available for this dish: grilled chicken, pulled pork
  • Great share plate to start the meal or can be eaten as a entree
  • This dish can be vegetarian without an add on.
  • Allergies: gluten, dairy 

Cheesesteak Egg Rolls

  •  Key Ingredients: ribeye steak meat, sauteed onions, American cheese, eggroll wrappers, cherry pepper relish, sriracha ketchup 
  • Spicy 
  • Modifications can only be done to the toppings (for example: no cherry pepper relish)
  • Great share plate to start the meal
  • Serving size: 2 Egg Rolls
  • Allergies: onions, dairy, gluten

Four Cheese Mac

  1. Key Ingredients: smoked cheddar, monterey jack, mozzarella, pepper jack, bechamel ( milk based cream sauce) gemelli pasta, pecorino panko bread crumbs

  • Vegetarian
  • Modifications are limited to no panko topping
  • Serving size: 5 oz pasta

Buffalo Shrimp

  1. Key Ingredients: jumbo shrimp, tempura batter, crumbled bleu cheese, bleu cheese dressing, spicy hot

STREET TACOS

Smoked Salmon Taco

  •  Key Ingredients: House smoked salmon ( salmon has a citrus rub, lime and orange zest, brown sugar, paprika, chili)  salsa verde, pepper cucumber slaw ( red and green peppers, cucumbers, cilantro, lime, evoo) queso fresco, grilled gluten free corn tortilla.
  • Serving size, 2 tacos 
  • Only modifications can be to the toppings ( example: no jalapeno cilantro sour cream )
  • Recommended to eat as an appetizer but could be eaten as entree.
  • Allergies: dairy

Pollo Tinga Tacos

  •  Key Ingredients: smoked pineapple tomato salsa, shredded chipotle chicken, monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend, black bean puree, corn tortilla, sour cream, pico de gallo, queso fresco 
  • Serving size, 2 tacos 
  • Only modifications can be to the toppings ( example: no black bean puree )
  • Recommended to eat as an appetizer
  • Allergies: dairy, beans

Mango Shrimp Tacos

  •  Key Ingredients: old bay shrimp, mango salsa, shredded lettuce, corn tortilla

  • Allergies: gluten, dairy 

Side Caesar Salad

  1. Key Ingredients: romaine, shredded parmesan, croutons, caesar dressing ( anchovies, garlic, egg yolks, oil, dijon) 

  • Modifications are not suggested 
  • Great to sell as add ons to the meal
  • Serving size is half of a full salad.
  • Allergies: gluten, dairy 

Sweet Potato Fries

  1. Key Ingredients: Sweet potato, cinnamon, butter 

  • Vegetarian 
  • Modifications are not suggested

Roasted Garlic Pram Fries

  1. Key Ingredients: french fries, roasted garlic aioli (roasted garlic, mayonnaise, seasoning) pecorino cheese

Side House Salad

  1. Key Ingredients: iceberg, spring mix, red onion, cucumbers, tomatoes , choice of dressing

  1. Key Ingredients: green cabbage, shredded carrots, red onion, slaw dressing (mayonnaise, vinegar, celery seed)

  • Key Ingredients: tater tots (shredded potato mix) 
  • (if you get them loaded it comes with queso sauce, smoked cheddar, Monterey jack, bacon, sour cream, scallions with up charge) 
  • Serving size: 10 oz tots 
  • Allergies: gluten, with the loaded option, onion, dairy

Side of Spanish Rice

  • Key Ingredients: basmati rice, onions, carrots, peas, cilantro, chicken stock, butter 
  • No modifications to the rice 
  • Serving size: 3oz
