BREAKFAST SANDWICHES

Steak & Egg Wrap

  • Key Ingredients: Omaha sliced sirloin meat, scrambled eggs, cooper sharp (American Cheese Brand) , peppers and onions, shredded romaine, tabasco ketchup , tater tots in the wrap and on the side. 
  • Modifications can be done to the components of the wrap. 
  • Serving Size - 4oz steak meat ,3 eggs
  • Allergies- Gluten, Onion, Dairy

Salmon & Guac

  • Key Ingredients: Butter toasted english muffin, guacamole, arugula, tomato, smoked salmon, fried egg, hollandaise sauce ( egg yolks whipped and emulsified with clarified butter) tater tots. 
  • Modifications can be done to the components of the sandwich. 
  • Serving size- 2 oz smoked salmon, 1 english muffin
  • Allergies- Onion, Dairy, Gluten

Sunday Burger

  • Key Ingredients: 4 oz Smash burger, trenton pork roll, cooper sharp american, sunny up egg, English muffin, tabasco ketchup, tater tots
  • Modifications can be done to the toppings 
  • Serving size- 4oz burger, 1 egg, 1 English muffin
  • Allergies- Dairy, Gluten

Elvis Cristo

  • Key Ingredients: Brioche bread, crunchy peanut butter mascarpone spread, banana, crispy bacon, french toast battered and seared on the flat top, served with tater tots and maple syrup .
  • Modifications can not be done to this dish, Sold as is. 
  • Serving size- 1 banana, 3 pieces of bacon, 2 slice brioche
  • Allergies- Nut, Dairy, Gluten 

Veggie Burrito

  • Key Ingredients- Spinach tortilla, fresh spinach, spanish rice ( made with veggie stock) cheddar scrambles, black bean pico de gallo, roasted portobello mushrooms, roasted eggplant, roasted red peppers, salsa verde, tater tots on the side
  • Modifications can be done to the components of the wrap. 
  • Serving Size- 3 egg scramble, about 4oz mixed veggie
  • Allergies- Gluten, Dairy, Onion

Smokehouse Stack

  • Key Ingredients: Cheddar scrambled eggs, grilled smoked sausage ( the sausage we are using is made from burnt ends), caramelized onions, pickled jalapeno, jalapeno ranch, BBQ sauce, served in a seeded roll, tater tots on the side.
  • Modifications can be done to the components of the sandwich. 
  • Serving size- 3 eggs, 3 oz sausage, 1 roll 
  • Allergies- Dairy, Onion, Gluten 

SAVORY

Power Bowl

  • Key Ingredients: Tri colored quinoa, poached egg, avocado, spinach sauteed with garlic, queso fresco, yellow raisins, toasted walnuts
  • Modifications can be done to the components of the bowl
  • Serving size- 1 poached egg,4.5oz quina, ½ avocado 
  • Allergies- Dairy, Gluten, Nut

Avocado Toast

  • Key Ingredients: Butter toasted english muffin, smashed avocado, everything bagel seasoning, lime juice, sunny up egg, micro cilantro 
  • Modifications can only be done to the style of egg   
  • Serving size- 2 eggs, 1 english muffin split, 1 avocado smashed
  • Allergies- Dairy, Seed 

Chilaquiles Ranchero

  • Key Ingredients: House fried corn tortilla chips, ranchero sauce (wood fired tomato, jalapeno, onions and spices) salsa verde, sunny up egg, shredded iceberg lettuce, sour cream, queso fresco, scallions
  • Modifications can be done to the components but not the ranchero sauce. 
  • Serving size- 2 egg,  4 oz chips
  • Allergies- Onion, Dairy

Breakfast Skillet

  • Key Ingredients: Tater tots, scrambled eggs with sausage and shredded cooper and cheddar blend, topped with more cheese and baked, finished with pico de gallo
  • Modifications are very limited to this dish, check with kitchen
  • Serving size- 3 eggs, 4 oz tater tots, 2 oz sausage 
  • Allergies- Dairy, Gluten, Onion 

Chicken & Waffle

  • Key Ingredients: Buttermilk marinated and flour dredged fried chicken, sugar cane waffle, spicy honey, maple syrup
  • Modifications can only be with or without spicy honey
  • Serving size- 5oz chicken , 2 waffles, 2 oz syrup
  • Allergies- Dairy, Gluten

Pub Benedict

  • Key Ingredients: Fried mac and cheese (this is the base), brunt end sausage (burnt ends come from smoked brisket) , poached eggs, hollandaise sauce ( refer back for description) tater tots. 
  • Modifications are very limited to this dish
  • Serving size- 2 poached eggs, 2 fried mac and cheese disc, ½ link of sausage
  • Allergies- Dairy, Gluten

Beni The Classic

  • Key Ingredients: Butter toasted english muffin, seared crispy trenton style pork roll, poached eggs, spicy mayonnaise, hollandaise sauce, tater tots 
  • Modifications are very limited to this dish
  • Serving Size- 2 poached eggs, 2 slices of pork roll, 1 english muffin
  • Allergies, Dairy, Gluten

Big Dawg Bowl

  • Key Ingredients: Cheddar scrambled eggs, tater tots, boneless wings in big dawg sauce, scallions
  • Modifications can only be done to the wing sauce
  • Serving size- 5 boneless wings, 3 egg scramble
  • Allergies- Dairy. Gluten, Onion

Classic Steak & Eggs

  • Key Ingredients: Pan sear top sirloin steak ( texture similar to filet), chimichurri ( sauce that has fresh chopped herbs, oil, lemon, chili) sunny eggs, tater tots
  • Modifications can be done to the style of eggs and temp of meat 
  • Serving size- 8oz steak, 2 eggs
  • Allergies- Dairy, Gluten

OMELETS

Lone Star

  •  Key Ingredients:  Filet tips ( diced filet) roasted jalapenos, roasted red peppers, cooper sharp, pepper jack, crispy onions, BBQ sauce, house made beef chili, cheddar, scallions, tater tots
  • Modifications can be done to most of the ingredients
  • Serving size- 3 egg omelet, 1.5oz steak meat, 3 oz chili
  • Allergies- Dairy, Onions, Gluten.

Broccoli & Cheddar

  •  Key Ingredients: Roasted broccoli with garlic, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, side tater tots
  • Modifications are very limited on this omelet 
  • Serving size- 3 eggs, 1.5oz roasted broccoli

Glazed Ham & Cheese

  •  Key Ingredients: Tavern ham (typically smoked), pineapple brown sugar glazed, cooper sharp american cheese, scrambled eggs, tater tots
  • Modifications are very limited on this omelet 
  • Serving size- 3 eggs, 3.5oz ham 
  • Allergies- Gluten, Dairy

Parfait Flights

 

  • Key Ingredients: 1) Strawberry Yogurt (with strawberries inside) , mini donut -   2) Maple Bourbon Yogurt (maple syrup, bourbon, nutmeg, cinnamon) Mini blueberry and bacon pancakes, bacon strip, blueberries- 3) Plain yogurt, granola, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, honey
