Seared Ahi Tuna

  • Cooking Time: 3 to 5 minutes 
  • Key Ingredients: sushi grade ahi tuna crusted in sesame seeds and seared to RARE unless specified,  wasabi paste, soy sauce
  • Serving size: 3.5 oz ahi tuna 
  • Served with chop sticks 
  • Modifications can be done: so sesame seeds, no soy sauce, no wasabi and cooking temperature 
  • Recommended as a healthier option for the meal
  • Vegetarian, gluten free
  • Allergies: sesame, soy 

 

Philly Cheesesteak Mac

  • Cooking Time: 6 to 8 minutes 
  • Key ingredients: chopped ribeye steak meat, sauteed peppers and onions, cooper sharp american cheese sauce (cooper sharp is both a brand and a specific type of american cheese) campanelle pasta (campanelle is shaped like a bell), toasted sesame bread crumbs ( sesame seeds, panko breadcrumbs, butter) 
  • Serving size: 4 oz ribeye steak meat, 5 oz pasta
  • Modifications can be done: no peppers, no onions, no bread crumbs, so sesame seeds 
  • Recommended to share as app or could eat for dinner ( less carbs then cheese steak)

  • Cooking Time: 3 to 5 minutes 
  • Key Ingredients: Avocado wedges breaded with panko bread crumbs, fried crispy, jalapeno ranch dressing

Bada Bang Shrimp

  • Cooking Time: 3 to 5 minutes 
  • Key Ingredients: 51/60 shrimp flour dredged and fried crispy, bada bang sauce (mayonnaise, sriracha, sweet thai chili sauce) mix greens, black and white sesame seed 
  • Serving size: 18 shrimp
  • Modifications are limited only to the sauce on side or no sesame seeds

  • Cooking Time: 3 to 5 minutes

Occasionally, customers might mention that our wings seem smaller than average. While our wings may indeed be smaller compared to those of our competitors, the reason isn't what you might expect. Our wings come from medium-sized chickens that are not treated with hormones or steroids.
